Temporary staffing
We are able to supply temporary staff for short term secondment to your organisation, to cover annual leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, sickness, compassionate leave or to support your existing team where workload has increased and additional skills are required.
Permanent
Our team are able to source and select suitable permanent candidates to suit your specific resource requirements. Within the team we have over 40 years experience in interviewing and recruiting candidates and we understand the importance of finding people with the right attitude and approach to fit within your current team.
Temp to Perm
Our ‘try before you buy’ option may offer the ideal solution where you have a critical role to fill, but would prefer to test any potential employee before offering a formal contract of employment. We will recruit suitable resources on a temporary PAYE contract and second the selected individual into your organisation. If at any time you decide you wish to permanently recruit the employee, we are able to offer a ratchet scale of charges, decreasing based on the length of the temporary assignment.
