Our team of professionals can also support the employee in their new role, acting as ‘buddy’ where required to ensure there is a point of contact for professional advice and queries on technical aspects of the role. This can help to reduce the burden on your existing project team, where new resources require settling into the role and can be used as part of a 3m induction programme to support the staff member in this critical settling in period.
